# Nacho Vilalta

> Director of Technology & Software Engineering with 25+ years of experience, co-founder of 10Labs (Zaragoza, Spain). Specialised in AI applied to the software development lifecycle: multi-agent systems, the Model Context Protocol, context engineering and AI governance (ISO/IEC 42001). Author of UDS 4.0, a proprietary agent-assisted development harness. This site publishes his CV and work in formats readable by both humans and agents.
